Graduate students

We have openings for 2 new PhD students (Research Assistant position) starting in Fall 2024 for two positions as follows:

Position 1: Qualifications for Multiple Cameras Multiple Objects Tracking

• A strong academic background in computer science.
• A deep interest in machine learning, computer graphics, computer vision.
• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• An eagerness to engage in collaborative research.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to tackle complex research challenges.
• Previous experience with object tracking is preferred.

Position 2: Machine Learning in Geospatial

• Good experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis
• Strong programming skills
• A solid understanding of geospatial data formats and geospatial analysis tools.
• Prior experience in acquiring and working with data from satellite sources is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
